Becoming a member of ESI Super is as easy as 1 - 2

- Complete the Member application Form (found in the back of the
ESI Super Member Guide), and
- Return it to us by mail.
Things you should consider
When you join you will need to think about:
- How much you want to contribute to your super
- How you would like your money invested, and
- The type and amount of insurance cover you'll need.
