Do you have enough insurance?

You may already have some insurance cover through ESI Super. But, is it enough to protect you and your family from the unexpected?

It's probably not something you like to think about, but how would you cope if you became seriously ill or injured and unable to work? Would you have enough savings or insurance to deal with the financial consequences?  If you died, would your family and other financial dependants manage financially?

For many people, the answer is "no".

Insurance provides financial protection when life doesn't go according to plan.

When establishing how much you need, ask yourself these questions…

• Could you and your family manage financially if your income no longer exists?
• Do you have regular loan repayments to meet?
• Do you have or are you planning on having children?
• Do you have people who are financially dependent on you?

If you have answered "yes" to any of the above questions, now's a good time to review your cover.
