Investments
The Trustee of ESI Super has provided a range of different
investment options to cater for the needs of different member
categories in ESI Super. While most members have access to a wide
range of investment options, some members do not have control over
where all their superannuation is invested (the Defined Benefit
category for example).
Most ESI Super members who do have the flexibility to decide how
their money in ESI Super is invested can choose from a number of
investment options on offer. Each option has different objectives
and strategies that will provide different risk levels and return
outcomes for you depending on the option, or mix of options, you
choose. Please refer to the investment section of the ESI Super Member Guide for detailed information
about each option.
You can invest in one option or a combination of the options and
change (switch) your investments as your needs change. Your first
switch in a financial year is FREE subsequent switches in that
financial year will cost you $25 each time you switch.
If you don't nominate a choice of investment selection, your
superannuation will be invested in ESI Super's default option. For
most members this is the Balanced option. You are able to
switch out of this option when you are ready to make a choice.
