Investment performance
The investment performance of each of ESI Super's investment
options is calculated daily and published on a weekly basis. You

For superannuation members, the investment performance for each
option is expressed as a percentage return called the 'crediting
rate', whereas for income stream and pension members the investment
performance for each option is expressed as a change in the unit
price. We also present the income stream and pensions as a
percentage return for your benefit.
While it is a good practice to keep track of how your super is
performing on a regular basis, you should keep in mind that super
is a long-term investment and that you may have many years before
you actually need to access it. That's why it's so important your
focus should be on the long-term rather than weekly
fluctuations.
