FIDO is the consumer website set up by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). ASIC is the consumer protection regulator for the financial services industry. They provide a lot of information about superannuation and other investments as well as a number of useful calculators.

QIC.com.au
The QIC website is useful for those who want to learn more about the investment activities of one of ESI Super's principal frontline fund managers. The website contains media releases, investment insights and economic outlook statements.

The Australian Taxation Office is involved in managing the superannuation system. This site has a separate superannuation section which deals with choice of fund, the Co-contribution system and how to find your lost superannuation. It also has information on taxation of superannuation.

sct.gov.au
The Superannuation Complaints Tribunal deals with complaints about superannuation. This site provides information about the complaint process.

centrelink.gov.au
Centrelink is the Government agency, which provides payment for a range of Government benefits including pensions. The site has a section on planning for retirement.

The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority is responsible for supervising superannuation funds.

If you have a problem with a financial product or service , the best place to start is to talk to your financial services provider. If you are unable to resolve the problem with your provider, the Financial Ombudsman Service provides accessible, fiar and independent dispute resolution services as an alternative to taking your dispute to court. The service is free to consumers.
