Go Paperless!

ESI Super is increasingly moving towards electronic communication with its members, and our most recent addition to this service is the provision of e-statements, which is now live.  Electronic delivery decreases the time, cost, and environmental impacts associated with mailing hard copies, and it’s more convenient for many people.  Why have another stack of paper to file each year when you can access your statement quickly and easily online?  Simply follow these steps:

• Log onto your Member Online Access account (If you don’t have Member Online Access call ESI Assist on 1300 363 240 and let us help you sign up).

• A pop-up will appear asking if you would like to receive your Annual Statements online.  If you wish to do so, click ‘Ok’.

It’s as simple as that!  If at any time you decide you’d like to go back to receiving hard copies of your Annual Statements, select ‘No’ at the bottom of the ‘Member Basic Details’ where it reads ‘Receive Annual Statements Online’ or call our friendly ESI Assist team on 1300 363 240.
